Though Jane Doe claims that associates of Combs pressured her to have an abortion, she actually lost the child due to a miscarriage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tStill, allegedly forced to take ketamine, booze, have sex with other men and women, the anonymous plaintiff also says Combs tried to control her movement in and out of her and his homes. All of which sadly adds up to an M.O. common to the <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/gallery\/sean-diddy-combs-timeline-rape-sex-assault-charges\/\">accusations<\/a> from nearly one dozen other individuals against the Grammy winner since ex-girlfriend <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/cassie-ventura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cassie Ventura<\/a> went public in November 2020 with her claims of assault, abuse, violence and vindictiveness from Combs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn language also common to most of the other lawsuits and accusations against Combs, the new 14-page filing details how after spending time with the rapper, the plaintiff frequently \u201cwould wake up with bruising and injuries but with no recollection of how she sustained her injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tRepresented by attorney\u00a0Joseph L. Ciaccio, managing partner of NYC-based firm Napoli Shkolnik\u2019s Personal Injury Practice, Jane Doe is seeking a swath of unspecified damages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThis latest suit comes three days after Thalia Graves\u00a0filed her own action in the Empire State courts allegedly that Combs and a bodyguard rape her in 2001 and have been <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2024\/09\/sean-diddy-combs-lawsuit-rape-accusation-selling-video-1236098277\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">selling footage of the attack<\/a> for years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tAs seems to be the case with almost all the allegations against Combs, it didn\u2019t end there. \u201cFollowing the assault and multiple times over the years, both Combs and Sherman contacted Plaintiff and warned her to be silent, threatening repercussions including Plaintiff potentially losing custody of her son if she ever disclosed the assault,\u201d the three-claim civil suit from the Gloria Allred-represented Graves says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2024\/09\/sean-combs-arrested-fbi-new-york-city-1236091266\/\">Arrested by the feds<\/a> on Sept. 16 at a Manhattan hotel, the ongoing probe from US Attorney Damian Williams\u2019 office charges Combs with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. The allegations in the unsealed indictment could see the 54-year-old rapper in prison for the rest of his life if he\u2019s found guilty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDenying almost all claims against him over the past few months,\u00a0Combs has\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2024\/09\/sean-diddy-combs-charged-sex-trafficking-racketeering-prostitution-1236091518\/\">plead not guilty<\/a> in the DOJ case. Late last year, Combs initially called Ventura\u2019s claims a case of\u00a0\u201cblatant blackmail,\u201d before settling a day later for around $30 million. However, when the 2016 security footage of Combs beating Ventura in the halls of a LA hotel emerged on May 17, the rapper quickly took to social media to apologize for his \u201cinexcusable\u201d behavior \u2014 an apology not too many people viewed as genuine with other cases piling up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tTo that, it appears the NYC grand jury heard testimony today from a male sex worker who says he participated in Combs\u2019 sordid \u201cFreak Offs,\u201d sources tell me. US Attorney Williams has made it clear that the investigation into Combs is continuing. This latest testimony could lead to more charges, though nothing has been decided yet, I\u2019m told.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tEven in the unlikely event there are not more charges coming from the feds, it seems there are more charges coming from the Lone Star state.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn a social media post Friday, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee says his firm has been named \u201clead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs and his cohorts.\u201d Promising a press conference \u201cearly next week\u201d and asking others to come forward, Buzbee goes on to say: \u201cThis group of brave individuals include both men and women; many were minors when the abuse occurred. Some of these brave individuals reported the incidents to the police, others did not.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tNeither Buzbee nor Ciaccio responded to request for comment on the matters they are handling respectively. Reps for Combs also did not respond to request for comment from Deadline on the allegations.
