(Credit: Anip Patel \/ @mondayswithmohan via TMX)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>A traveler recently called out Air India after she reportedly found a cockroach in her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/category\/food-drinks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in-flight meal<\/a> earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>Suyesha Savant, who flew from Delhi to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/category\/fox-news-new-york\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York<\/a> on Sept. 17, wrote about her unpleasant experience <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/suyeshasavant\/status\/1839864215734980816?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1839864215734980816%7Ctwgr%5Ed499909f1bde89842ca58437efb49e4d660cc633%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.indiatvnews.com%2Fnews%2Findia%2Fairindia-meal-complaint-cockroach-investigation-video-2024-09-28-954450\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">on X<\/a> earlier this week.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Found a cockroach in the omelette served to me on the @airindia flight from Delhi to New York,&#8221; the mother wrote in the post on Friday. &#8220;My 2 year old finished more than half of it with me when we found this.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Suffered from food poisoning as a result,&#8221; she added. The employee added that the airline &#8220;works with reputed caterers who supply to leading airlines globally and have stringent SOPs [standard operating procedures] and multiple checks to ensure quality of meals served to our guests.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/newsletters?cmpid=fnfirstnl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR LIFESTYLE NEWSLETTER<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are concerned about the experience of the customer in the said instance and have taken it up with our catering service provider to investigate it further,&#8221; the spokesman added. &#8220;We will take necessary actions to prevent any recurrence of such instances in [the] future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The social media post came as Air India faces scrutiny over the unclean conditions of its planes.
