Victim 2 was identified as a private citizen and acquaintance of Luna.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1eu361v\">In 2021, the Associated Press <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/florida-government-and-politics-7b13452b08467b1bae1ddf318ad0e748\" data-link-name=\"in body link\">reported<\/a> that Luna alleged in a Florida court that Braddock was stalking her and had threatened to hurt her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1eu361v\">In her petition at the time for a permanent restraining order, Luna said she received text messages between Braddock and other people in which Braddock allegedly said he wanted to \u201ctake me out\u201d. Luna added that others told her the text \u201cmeans he intends to kill me\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1eu361v\">\u201cI do not feel safe and I am currently in fear for my life from Mr Braddock,\u201d Luna said in the petition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1eu361v\">The justice department said that Braddock subsequently left the US and was living in the Philippines, but was recently deported back to the US, where he made his first court appearance on Thursday in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1eu361v\">Braddock was charged with one count of interstate transmission of a true threat to injure another person.
