To me, it doesn\u2019t seem like that person knows they\u2019re being videotaped.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tMitchell-Kidd also said she was contacted a few weeks ago by a new client who claims Combs raped her in 2018 and filed a police report at the time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cShe called me and told me about her assault and her escape,\u201d Mitchell-Kidd said. \u201cShe was at a friend\u2019s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\">\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Diddy accuser\u2019s lawyer: &#039;High-profile&#039; person unknowingly recorded | Banfield\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HdOHSj7cfwo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tMitchell-Kidd claims her client learned Combs was planning on sex trafficking her when he arrived.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cIt led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,\u201d Mitchell-Kidd said. \u201cAnd then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tMitchell-Kidd said her client was able to escape, running into the street, which was witnessed by a neighbor.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\">\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Diddy&#039;s new accuser says he raped her in 2018: Lawyer | Banfield\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RPXN6jmYKI0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThese allegations come as Combs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/sean-diddy-combs-remain-detained-pending-trial-1236005958\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/sean-diddy-combs-remain-detained-pending-trial-1236005958\/\">remains behind bars as he awaits his trial<\/a> after he was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/sean-diddy-combs-charged-sex-trafficking-racketeering-indictment-1236004743\/\">indicted earlier this month<\/a> on three counts of directing a vast criminal enterprise through which he assaulted and trafficked women with the aid of his business empire from at least 2008. He\u2019s been accused of engaging in a \u201cpervasive pattern of abuse\u201d that involved coercing women to participate in highly-orchestrated sexual encounters with male sex workers who were allegedly transported across state lines and internationally. His bail was denied after he pleaded not guilty to the charges, due to concerns he could flee the country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tCombs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/lawsuit-claims-sean-diddy-combs-drugged-raped-woman-bodyguard-bad-boy-studio-1236010769\/\">last week was hit with yet another lawsuit<\/a>, at least the 10th brought against the rapper after Cassie Ventura sued him in November 2023 in a lawsuit that sparked a federal investigation into sex trafficking and racketeering.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThis time Combs was sued in New York federal court for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/lawsuit-claims-sean-diddy-combs-drugged-raped-woman-bodyguard-bad-boy-studio-1236010769\/\">allegedly drugging and raping a woman<\/a> in 2001. The accuser claimed she was sexually assaulted by Combs and his bodyguard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tIt was also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/09\/24\/arts\/music\/sean-combs-sam-bankman-fried-jail.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reported last week<\/a> that Combs is staying in the same unit of Brooklyn\u2019s Metropolitan Detention Center as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/09\/24\/arts\/music\/sean-combs-sam-bankman-fried-jail.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sam Bankman-Fried<\/a>, the crypto mogul convicted of fraud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAfter Diddy was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-arrested-new-york-1236004483\/\">arrested on Sept. 16<\/a>, his lawyer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/diddy-legal-defense-team-lawyers-fight-charges-1236007920\/\">Marc Agnifilo<\/a>, issued the following statement: \u201cWe are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office. Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts.
