It&#8217;s heartbreaking to see the loss of life and the devastation to people&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">homes<\/a> and businesses,&#8221; Erwin resident Karen Tipton told FOX Weather. &#8220;The floods have not only caused physical damage, but also emotional and financial damage to our close-knit community.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The casket seen in the video above was later found in the debris from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/flood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flooding<\/a> during a community cleanup effort.
