News Oct. 2 to give his estranged wife full legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1402567\/brittany-cartwright-claps-back-at-comments-on-well-being-of-her-and-jax-taylors-son-cruz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cruz<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the filing, handwritten and submitted on Sept. 26, Jax (real name <strong>Jason Cauchi<\/strong>) did not tick the box requesting child visitation time. He did check the &#8220;other&#8221; box under the child support section, but did not provided any specific details per instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, he listed a different date of separation than the one Brittany put down in her divorce docs. While his ex said the couple broke up on Jan. 24 in her paperwork, Jax wrote down Sept. 26\u2014the date of his divorce filing\u2014as their date of separation.<\/p>\n<p>E!
