talking about sex and sharing sexual fantasies with Roe; regularly changing his clothing in front of Roe; and sending sexually explicit text messages.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm1to7gmg000a3d5vwzx6vda7@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            In her filing, Roe claims that during one alleged incident in 2019, when she was at Brooks\u2019 home for work, he walked out of the shower naked, \u201cgrabbed her hands and forced them\u201d onto his genitals, while speaking to her with sexually explicit and vulgar language.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm1to7gmg000b3d5vax01bq3m@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            In another alleged incident in May 2019, the suit alleges that Brooks raped Roe in a hotel room during a work trip to Los Angeles where Brooks was taping a Grammy tribute performance.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm1to7gmg000c3d5vcfkvz6j6@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            According to\u00a0the suit, Brooks and Roe traveled to Los Angeles on Brooks\u2019 private jet.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm1to7gmg000d3d5vbdcmhavi@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cUsually there were others on Brooks\u2019 private jet but this time, Ms. Roe and Brooks were the only two passengers,\u201d the complaint states. \u201cOnce in Los Angeles at the hotel, Ms. Roe could not believe that Brooks had booked a hotel suite with one bedroom and she did not have a separate room.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm1to7gmg000e3d5vki1o5clg@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Once they arrived at the hotel suite, Roe alleges the country singer \u201cappeared in the doorway to the bedroom, completely naked.\u201d Roe\u2019s complaint states she felt \u201ctrapped in the room alone with Brooks.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm1to7gmg000f3d5v2s4zdxsh@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            After the alleged rape, Roe claims that Brooks continued to tell her his sexual fantasies with more frequency and physically groped her.
