However, cops still showed up.<\/p>\n<p>After they observed visible injuries to the victim, who asked for \u201ctotal confidentiality,\u201d they cuffed Chigventsev and charged him with inflicting corporal injury on an intimate partner \u2014 a felony.<\/p>\n<p>He was booked at Napa County Jail and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/29\/celebrity-news\/dwts-pro-artem-chigvintsev-leaves-jail-after-domestic-violence-arrest\/\">released hours later<\/a>\u00a0after paying the $25,000 bail.<\/p>\n<p>Although authorities did not disclose the identity of the victim,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/30\/celebrity-news\/artem-chigvintsev-911-call-details-violent-argument-with-nikki-garcia-while-son-matteo-was-present\/\">audio of the dispatcher\u2019s call to police<\/a>\u00a0revealed Garcia was present\u00a0when the alleged crime occurred, as was Matteo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInitially, [the call] came in as requesting medical, but now he is stating he got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at RP [reporting party],\u201d the dispatcher was heard saying.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>She claimed that when she went upstairs and tried to get into the room where they were, Chigvintsev opened the door and tackled her to the ground. <span class=\"credit\">David G.
