More than 10 people have died in Northeastern <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/tennessee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tennessee<\/a> from Helene&#8217;s devastating impacts, including two deaths in Washington County.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/weather-news\/impact-plastics-erwin-tennessee-deaths-investigation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8216;WHY DID YOU MAKE US WORK?&#8217;: IMPACT PLASTICS EMPLOYEE RECALLS HELENE FLOOD THAT KILLED COWORKERS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The firefighters were excited to bring the dog down and get her checked for a microchip, hopefully reuniting her with her family.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;I bet she\u2019s chipped,&#8221; one says.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;Good girl,&#8221; several of the firefighters said. &#8220;Hey, puppy dog.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/extreme-weather\/video-interstate-26-bridges-unicoi-county-tennessee-destroyed-helene-flooding\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>VIDEO SHOWS DAMAGE TO BRIDGES THAT COLLAPSED INTO RIVER FLOODED BY HELENE IN EAST TENNESSEE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Despite some harrowing rescues and hard days after Helene&#8217;s deadly flooding, the firefighters had a sense of humor about this rescue with a happy ending.
