He has pleaded not guilty.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm22n6an300083d5veqmlj0mr@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Combs is also facing multiple\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/03\/31\/entertainment\/sean-diddy-combs-lawsuits\/index.html\">civil lawsuits<\/a>\u00a0accusing him of a range of sexual misconduct and other illegal activity.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm22n6an300093d5v7l3y8sau@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The motion filed by Combs\u2019 attorneys also alleges that authorities alerted the media about the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/03\/25\/entertainment\/sean-combs-home-search\/index.html\">searches in\u00a0March\u00a0<\/a>of his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm22n6an3000a3d5v76apj8mr@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The motion claims the leaks \u201ctaint the jury pool and deprive Mr. Combs of his right to a fair trial.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm22n6an3000b3d5vx4wchviu@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Combs\u2019 attorneys asked the judge to impose a gag order prohibiting the government from providing information about evidence in the case to the media.
