Manhattan courtroom Thursday <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/09\/17\/us-news\/sean-diddy-combs-charged-in-sex-trafficking-probe\/\">in his sex trafficking and racketeering case <\/a>\u2014 as the jailed hip-hop mogul\u2019s lawyers push for a trial as soon as April.<\/p>\n<p>Combs, 54, is due in front of Manhattan Federal Judge Arun Subramanian at 2 p.m. to discuss a potential trial date and set a timeline for when the feds will turn over \u201cvoluminous\u201d reams of evidence to the embattled entrepreneur\u2019s attorneys.<\/p>\n<p>The ongoing probe into Combs has produced \u201cseveral terabytes of electronic material\u201d \u2014 including from the Bad Boy Records boss\u2019 seized phones, laptops and hard drives \u2014 that the feds have started divulging to his legal team on a rolling basis, prosecutors said in a letter to the judge Wednesday.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs is set to appear in a Manhattan courtroom Thursday in his sex trafficking and racketeering case. <span class=\"credit\">REUTERS<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The feds made their first data dump to Combs\u2019 team on Monday, turning over the alleged sex trafficker\u2019s phone seized by federal agents in March, a complete set of search warrants in the case and information on two of his iCloud accounts, says the letter, filed jointly with the defense.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors expect to, within the next 30 days, make \u201crolling productions\u201d of evidence gleaned from Combs\u2019 hard drives, plus materials from searches of his homes and the New York City hotel room where he was staying before his Sept. 18 arrest, the letter says.<\/p>\n<p>Combs \u201cintends\u201d to request that his case go on trial either in April or May 2025, his lawyers, Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, said in the letter.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The feds responded that they\u2019ll be \u201cavailable for trial\u201d on whatever date the judge sets, whether that happens Thursday or at a later time.<\/p>\n<p>The attorneys also filed a motion late Wednesday accusing the Department of Homeland Security of <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/10\/09\/us-news\/diddy-will-accuse-feds-of-leaks-in-sex-trafficking-case-in-same-tactic-used-by-mayor-adams\/\">leaking secret grand jury information to the media<\/a>, which they argue \u201cdamaged\u201d Combs\u2019 right to a fair trial. <\/p>\n<p>Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges contained in a sprawling indictment depicting him as the kingpin of a criminal syndicate which since at least 2008 abused and coerced women in his orbit \u2014 while bullying potential witnesses into silence.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image participating in what he called <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/09\/17\/us-news\/sean-diddy-combs-forced-victims-into-freak-offs-sex-sessions-with-male-prostitutes-feds\/\">\u201cFreak Offs,\u201d days long sex sessions<\/a> in which he drugged alleged victims and forced them to have sex with male sex workers while he watched, prosecutors at the US Attorney\u2019s Office for the Southern District of New York say.<\/p>\n<p>The record label head\u2019s lawyers have argued that all of the sexual encounters mentioned in court papers were consensual.<\/p>\n<p>Combs has been ordered held without bail at Brooklyn\u2019s Metropolitan Detention Center, where he\u2019s being housed away from the general jail population and <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/09\/24\/us-news\/diddy-being-held-at-same-nyc-federal-lockup-as-crypto-crook-sam-bankman-fried\/\">in the same unit as convicted crypto fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried,
