Trump argued earlier Thursday that if the judge was inclined to release the exhibits, he should have time to \u201cevaluate litigation options.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm23o17b9000a3b6mq8iwfxoa@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Earlier this month, the special counsel\u00a0revealed never-before-seen information from the federal investigation into the Trump election reversal schemes. Smith\u2019s team previously said that it would provide\u00a0grand jury testimony, notes from FBI interviews and other materials as exhibits for the judge to review.
