Same amount of time. Then put them in ice water,&#8221; she said. &#8220;That makes the shell come off.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This will make the peeling process much easier, Steele said, even for brand-new eggs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/apps-products?pid=AppArticleLink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve collected eggs, gone inside and cooked them, and they peel perfectly,&#8221; she said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>4. They&#8217;re enjoying life and the eggs are more nutritious.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chickens in a pasture, she said, are &#8220;rummaging around in the dirt and the grass and eating weeds.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The eggs from pasture-raised chickens have less cholesterol and more nutrients, Steele said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>5. Eggs are not just for breakfast<\/h2>\n<p>Eggs are not only for breakfast. They can be eaten at any time of day, Steele said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Eggs are really <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/food-drink\/food\/healthy-foods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">good for you.<\/a> They&#8217;re a complete protein.
