If his holdout lasts through the season, Reddick \u2014 whose agent quit this week \u2014 stands to lose up to $21.75 million. That\u2019s $14.25 million in base salary, $4.5 million in fines and $3 million in bonus forfeiture, according to football insider reports.<\/p>\n<p>The heralded pass rusher is a deadbeat in business as well, according to a Cherry Hill, NJ man who claimed he helped Reddick rescue his flailing senior health care business in the City of Brotherly Love.<\/p>\n<p>Reddick bought <a href=\"https:\/\/www.havenhha.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Haven Home Health Agency<\/a> in 2018, but leaned on his dad, Raymond Matthews, and Matthews\u2019 ex-wife Tia Wright, to run the business. By 2021 it was \u201cfailing,\u201d Micah Khan contended in a lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWright and Matthews had no experience operating a home health agency and as a result the business was operating at a loss with zero patients,\u201d Khan said in court papers.<\/p>\n<p>Reddick and his family approached Khan \u201cknowing he had experience in the home health industry and requested he take a lead role in the marketing and business development for Haven,\u201d Khan said in legal papers.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Reddick and his family approached Micah Khan (above) \u201cknowing <br \/>he had experience in the home health industry,\u201d a lawsuit claims. <span class=\"credit\">Obtained by The New York Post<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The agreement with Khan\u2019s Kingdom Health Services allegedly specified that if Reddick sold the company, he would give the new partner half of the sale proceeds. <\/p>\n<p>While Reddick \u201cdevoted little to no time to building Haven, and instead was pursuing a prosperous career in the NFL,\u201d Khan \u201cmade making Haven a successful company his primary goal, working full-time on Haven\u2019s behalf,\u201d he said in the litigation.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>If his holdout lasts through the season, Reddick \u2014 whose agent quit this week \u2014 stands to lose up to $21.75 million. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Khan\u2019s magic touch transformed the floundering business into \u201ca very successful company, with a fully trained staff and large revenue stream,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>After three years, \u201cKingdom\u2019s efforts paid off\u201d when Haven agreed to sell the company in April to MNH Pa. Home Care Acquisitions for $3.25 million, the court docs stated.<\/p>\n<p>But when Khan asked for his share of the proceeds during a post-sale confab, he was allegedly physically threatened by Matthews \u201cpurportedly at the behest of Mr. Reddick,\u201d the suit says. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. Matthews brought over more than a dozen black-gloved men to a business meeting, claiming they were \u2018Haason\u2019s personal security,&#8217;\u201d Khan said in court papers. \u201cIt was at this post-sale meeting that Mr. Matthews made it clear [they] intended to breach their payment obligations to Kingdom.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>While Reddick \u201cdevoted little to no time to building Haven, and instead was pursuing a prosperous career in the NFL,\u201d Khan \u201cmade making Haven a successful company his primary goal, working full-time on Haven\u2019s behalf,\u201d he said in the litigation. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Reddick\u2019s \u201caccolades as a professional athlete\u201d in Philadelphia \u201cdo not excuse him from his contractual obligations,\u201d Khan\u2019s lawyer, Ross Wolfe, told The Post, adding, \u201cthe work performed for Haven Home Health Agency is how Mr. Khan supports his family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Reddick\u2019s reps did not return messages.
