She also sued him and his various companies for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAccording to the amended lawsuit, filed on Oct. 8 and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2024\/10\/12\/kanye-west-sexual-assault-accuser-diddy-drug-her-lauren-pisciotta\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2024\/10\/12\/kanye-west-sexual-assault-accuser-diddy-drug-her-lauren-pisciotta\/\">obtained by <em>TMZ<\/em><\/a>, Pisciotta claims she and her former artist management client, who was not named, were invited to one of Combs\u2019 studio sessions. Shortly after they arrived, \u201cdrinks were served to her and others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink, if they wanted to stay,\u201d the suit alleges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tPisciotta drank and \u201cafter a few small sips of the beverage, poured at the direction of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/kanye-west\/\" id=\"auto-tag_kanye-west_1\" data-tag=\"kanye-west\">Kanye West<\/a> a.k.a. Ye by a studio assistant and then served to her by Kanye West, Plaintiff suddenly started to feel disoriented,\u201d per the filing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe next day, she claims she woke up and remembered almost nothing about what took place the night before, only that she felt \u201cimmense shame and embarrassment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tFor years, West\u2019s former assistant thought she only got roofied and made a fool of herself at a work event. Much later, she says the rapper allegedly brought up the night in question, told her that they \u201cdid kind of hook up,\u201d according to the suit, and provided details about what happened between them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tWhile Combs is named in the amended case filing as the co-host of the event, Pisciotta is not accusing the former music mogul \u2014 who is now in jail <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/sean-diddy-combs-sex-trafficking-trial-set-begin-1236029458\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/sean-diddy-combs-sex-trafficking-trial-set-begin-1236029458\/\">awaiting his trial for sex trafficking and racketeering<\/a> \u2014 of any wrongdoing at this time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t<em>The Hollywood Reporter <\/em>has reached out to a rep for Kanye West.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAccording to the initial suit, the OnlyFans model alleged that her former employer sexually harassed her on several occasions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tOne of the texts he sent her reportedly read, \u201cSee my problem is I be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fucked while I\u2019m fucking them. Then I want her to cheat on me,\u201d per the suit. In another one, he allegedly wrote, \u201cIs my dick racist? I\u2019m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAccording to <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/kanye-west-assistant-sexual-harassment-wrongful-termination-lawsuit-1235032484\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/kanye-west-assistant-sexual-harassment-wrongful-termination-lawsuit-1235032484\/\">Rolling Stone<\/a><\/em>, Pisciotta also claimed that the rapper was \u201cfixated on the penis size\u201d of her partners and would masturbate during phone conversations with her. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAt the time, West\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/legal-2\/\" id=\"auto-tag_legal-2_1\" data-tag=\"legal-2\">legal<\/a> rep released a lengthy statement saying the rapper would be pursuing legal action against his former assistant, who \u201cactively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe statement continued, in part, \u201cDuring her employment, Ms. Pisciotta offered [West] sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent [West] unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours. On one occasion, Pisciotta boasted how the best moment of her life was when she was being ejaculated on by a soccer player while simultaneously texting her boss.
