The lawsuits range in allegations that in some instances include rape, sexual assault, and the drugging of drinks. At least two of the alleged assaults took place at Combs\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/09\/24\/entertainment\/sean-diddy-combs-white-parties\/index.html\">White Parties<\/a> between 1998 and 2006. All six plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29dxjsd00053b6mitrmri4z@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The latest lawsuits are part of an expected wave of litigation against Combs by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/10\/01\/entertainment\/sean-diddy-combs-texas-attorney\/index.html\">Houston-based <\/a>attorney Tony Buzbee and co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, who previously said they were representing at least 120 alleged victims of Combs including minors.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29lq5de00003b6m9y8i7svw@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cMr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,\u201d Combs\u2019 attorneys told CNN in a statement. \u201cIn court, the truth will prevail:\u00a0that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone\u2014adult or minor, man or woman.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29h7ei4000s3d5v9747wfj6@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Combs is currently in federal custody as he awaits trial for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/09\/18\/entertainment\/sean-diddy-combs-legal-allegations-timeline\/index.html\">his indictment in the Southern District of New York<\/a>\u00a0on counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29hejpn00133d5vzrsb0gfk@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Prior to Monday, Combs was already facing multiple\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/03\/31\/entertainment\/sean-diddy-combs-lawsuits\/index.html\">civil lawsuits<\/a>\u00a0accusing him of a range of sexual misconduct and other illegal activity. He has previously denied those allegations.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29gnj3w00053d5vvkbkeces@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            In one claim, Combs is alleged to have assaulted a 16-year-old male at a White Party in the Hamptons in 1998. The claim states that Combs\u00a0\u201cinstructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose\u201d\u00a0himself\u00a0\u201cexplaining it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29gnj3w00073d5vwp6wdw77@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            This accuser said he \u201ceventually recognized Combs sexually assaulted him by and through his power and influence over John Doe because he knew John Doe wanted to become a star.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29h6m82000p3d5vmod8npth@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            A second John Doe filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging he was assaulted while working as security at a White Party thrown by Combs in 2006.\u00a0Doe alleges Combs gave him\u00a0two alcoholic drinks laced with drugs before he was forced inside a van and sexually assaulted by Combs.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29h8xeo000u3d5va3pyxt4k@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Doe states in his complaint that he left the party and told his boss what happened.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29gquuu00003d5vp9cr76by@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            In a third lawsuit, against Combs, his businesses and the retailer Macy\u2019s, a John Doe claims he was hit and sexually assaulted when he ran into Combs and his two bodyguards inside the stockroom of the chain\u2019s flagship department store in New York in 2008.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29gz8fh00063d5vt2mzm257@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cCombs approached Plaintiff while Plaintiff was still on his hands and knees,\u201d according to the lawsuit, when Combs forced him to perform oral sex.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29gz8fh00073d5vxoms8jir@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cAfter he was finished, Combs threw Plaintiff\u2019s head aside and said words to the effect of \u2018shut up or I\u2019ll kill you\u2019,\u201d according to the lawsuit.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29gz8fh00083d5vlur5saw3@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Doe said he reported the alleged assault to Macy\u2019s security, who, he alleges, did not investigate. Three weeks after the alleged assault, Doe claims Macy\u2019s pressured executives to fire him because the retailer signed a multi-million deal with Sean John Clothing.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29gz8fh00093d5vsyi24n8k@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Doe is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. CNN has reached out to Macy\u2019s for comment.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29h3lli000g3d5vzr4qesoz@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            In another complaint, a 19-year-old college student identified as Jane Doe, said she and a female friend were invited to a photo-shoot and an\u00a0\u201cexclusive\u201d after-party at Combs\u2019 hotel\u00a0in 2004. According to the complaint, Combs became\u00a0\u201cmore aggressive\u201d and \u201cordered Ms. Doe\u2019s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29hjhu400163d5vwhy9pncd@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Another female plaintiff alleges that after meeting Combs at a music video afterparty in 1995, he \u201cunexpectedly\u201d began kissing her. \u201cFeeling uncomfortable and confused, Plaintiff asked him to slow down, believing they were there to talk,\u201d the suit states. \u201cInstead, Combs advanced aggressively.\u201d When Jane Doe attempted to pull away, Combs \u201cviolently struck her, slamming her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor\u201d and raped her, according to the suit.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"subheader inline-placeholder\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/subheader\/instances\/cm29hjyo100183d5vn291di4f@published\" data-component-name=\"subheader\" id=\"alleged-sexual-assault-by-combs-and-at-least-two-other-men\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n        Alleged sexual assault by Combs and at least two other men<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29hehi300113d5vnwkmavxc@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            One of the complaints, from a John Doe, states that in 2021, he attended a party at Combs\u2019 residence in New York, where he was served an consumed one alcoholic beverage.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29i04eu001d3d5vp8sgb3za@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cThe effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming,\u201d the complaint states.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29hqp8a001b3d5vxdlam12c@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Doe states he became disoriented and attempted to remove himself from the situation.  He next remembered being in a bedroom and \u201cdespite being vaguely aware of his surroundings, he could not move, speak, or fight back.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm29i3d3o001k3d5vh4ruk6ea@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cPlaintiff was paralyzed\u2014feeling as if he was trapped in his own body,\u201d the complaint states. \u201cHe distinctly recalls seeing Combs above him, naked, at one point during the<br \/>assault.
