Espenak forecast the supermoon becoming full and reaching its closest point to Earth Thursday at 11:26 p.m. EDT.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"subhead-embed color-accent bg-base font-accent font-size text-align\">How Can I See The Supermoon?<\/h2>\n<p>The supermoon will be visible across the Earth regardless of light pollution, according to NASA, though it\u2019s better to be in areas without clouds. Most of the central U.S. is expected to have clear skies Wednesday night, though some areas in some states\u2014including Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming and Nevada\u2014will likely be overcast, <a href=\"https:\/\/graphical.weather.gov\/sectors\/conus.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-link\" title=\"https:\/\/graphical.weather.gov\/sectors\/conus.php\" data-ga-track=\"ExternalLink:https:\/\/graphical.weather.gov\/sectors\/conus.php\" aria-label=\"according\">according<\/a> to the National Weather Service.
