she told her viewers. <\/p>\n<p>The first worst mistake women can make when having breakfast, according to the expert, is having nothing besides black coffee. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rebellt-item&#10; Sarah Lawuk explained. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am absolutely not against intermitted fasting at all, however, I do believe there are when it can be good, and seasons of life where you might need to be a little cautious. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you are going through perimenopause and your hormones are all over the place, your body is probably going to be a little bit more stressed out. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re going loads of fasting on top of that, you can stress your body out even more. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rebellt-item&#10;        &#10;        &#10;        &#10;        col1\" id=\"rebelltitem5\" data-id=\"5\" data-reload-ads=\"false\" data-is-image=\"False\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.gbnews.com\/lifestyle\/diet\/weight-loss-belly-fat-breakfast-mistkaes?rebelltitem=5#rebelltitem5\" data-basename=\"particle-5\" data-post-id=\"2669417595\" data-published-at=\"1729173843\" data-use-pagination=\"False\">\n<p>\u201cAnd in fact, the best way to do fasting if you\u2019re going to do it, is to actually bring your dinner forward, and still have breakfast in the morning.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Having coffee on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is going to trigger a sharp cortisol spike, which in turn, contributes to a hormonal imbalance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd it\u2019s going to cause you to store more belly fat,\u201d the expert added. <\/p>\n<p>The second worst breakfast women eat during menopause, according to Sarah, is a \u201clovely little bowl of [cereal such as] Weetabix with berries on a little bit of milk\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rebellt-item&#10; Where are the healthy fats?
