And then post-show, I lost an additional 32 pounds,\u201d she said ahead of the Netflix dating series\u2019 Season 7 finale, which airs Oct. 23.<\/p>\n<p>Jiles, 27, noticed a change in the online criticism she received after posting a video of her slimmed-down self, which garnered 5.8 million views and more than 3,000 comments on TikTok. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe comments went from like, \u2018She\u2019s such a whale, how dare she,\u2019 to \u2018Ozempic.\u2019 So yeah, I think that definitely caught people\u2019s attention,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/09\/28\/entertainment\/siblings-competing-for-same-men-on-love-is-blind-reveal-their-parents-reactions\/\">\u201cLove Is Blind,\u201d<\/a> singles date each other what bathing suits she packed for the cast\u2019s upcoming trip to Mexico. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI did not like that at all and that\u2019s why I wanted to say something about my weight . . . because I was like, \u2018Am I painting a picture of something that I\u2019m not? I don\u2019t want this person to think that I\u2019m this superficial person,&#8217;\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd if you\u2019re just excited to see me in the bikini, you\u2019re not excited to just hang out with me, it\u2019s just gross,\u201d although \u201che didn\u2019t mean it like that,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>Although she doesn\u2019t have a problem with the way she looked on TV, she\u2019s had to endure body-shaming from viewers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m really glad that I did lose the weight and it\u2019s a really sad reason, but seeing all the really mean comments like \u2018She\u2019s so fat,\u2019 \u2026 I can\u2019t even imagine how it would feel if I didn\u2019t lose 30 more pounds \u2026 That would be horrific,\u201d said Jiles, a medical device sales rep.<\/p>\n<p>The reality star credits her dramatic weight loss to a mixture of pilates, yoga and watching her calorie intake.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not like a big gym person. I don\u2019t like running . . . I don\u2019t do well on crash diets. So I just started eating less and just eating what I want, just not as much,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>She is also setting the record straight on the assumption she used Ozempic, a drug for diabetics that has become all the rage as a weight-loss med.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo I did try Ozempic back in the spring. I think I only did it for two weeks. Unfortunately for me, it made me so nauseous,\u201d she said. \u201cIt just made me so sick, it was almost like, \u2018I\u2019d rather be fat than take this stuff.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<figure
