Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade. We r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_7-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> On Sept. 10, Belle, a mother of four, was arrested and booked into a Wisconsin jail after police carried out a search warrant on her Marinette County home, reported court documents reviewed by <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/rosie-odonnell-daughter-faces-child-neglect-drug-possession-charges-8731061\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"externalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow\">PEOPLE<\/a>. She was additionally charged with four misdemeanors, including disorderly conduct and possession of THC, drug paraphernalia, and illegally obtained prescription drugs.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_14-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> She is due to appear in court on Nov. 4 and Nov. 7, per court records.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_16-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Representatives for the Marinette County Sheriff\u2019s Department did not immediately respond to <em>Entertainment Weekly<\/em>&#8216;s request for comment.\n<\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"mntl-sc-block_18-0-iframe\" class=\"mntl-sc-block-embed--iframe lazyload\" allowfullscreen=\"false\" frameborder=\"0\" sandbox=\"allow-forms allow-popups allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation\" title=\"Rosie O'Donnell on Instagram\" data-expand=\"300\" data-src=\"\/embed?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.instagram.com%2Fp%2FDBUDKZPP6O7%2F&amp;id=mntl-sc-block_18-0-iframe&amp;options=e30%3D&amp;docId=8731137\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_20-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> O&#8217;Donnell and her ex-wife Kelli Carpenter adopted Chelsea when she was a baby, raising her until 2015, when a 17-year-old Belle ran away from home, only to be found a week later with her then-boyfriend. That year, she moved to Wisconsin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2015\/08\/27\/entertainment\/rosie-odonnell-chelsea-leaves-home\/index.html\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"externalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\">to live with her birth mother<\/a>.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_22-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Afterwards, O&#8217;Donnell was estranged from her daughter until 2018, when <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tv\/rosie-odonnell-reconnected-estranged-daughter-chelsea-after-pregnancy-announcement\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"externalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow\">they reconnected<\/a> when Belle was pregnant with her first child.
