\u201cDiddy\u201d Combs from sexually assaulting a luxury car businessman at one of his celeb-filled parties, a new lawsuit claims.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged victim, only identified as \u201cJohn Doe,\u201d claims the attack unfolded during a launch party for Combs\u2019 Ciroc vodka brand around 2022, the court papers state.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image Los Angeles-based business renting luxury cars and jewelry, alleges Combs stripped off his pants and exposed himself after inviting the guest into his private office during the event.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCombs continued to move closer and then grabbed Plaintiff\u2019s genitals through his pants, squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner,\u201d the suit alleges.<\/p>\n<figure momentarily and did not know how to respond to the weirdly inappropriate sexual advance made by Combs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The alleged attack only stopped when the unnamed sports star \u2014 only identified in the suit as \u201cProfessional Athlete A\u201d \u2014 came into the office and intervened, the filing charges.<\/p>\n<p>The businessman allegedly fled the room and immediately left the party, according to court papers.<\/p>\n<p>He claims he only decided to attend the event after Combs, who for years had been one of his customers, told him that other \u201chigh-profile guests in the music and entertainment business\u201d would be there.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019 has been hit with a flurry of civil lawsuits.  <span class=\"credit\">REUTERS<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>At one point during the party, the alleged victim said, he snapped a photo of Combs sitting on a couch with\u00a0\u201cother high profile individuals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the photo was included in court papers but the faces of the other apparent celebs were blurred.<\/p>\n<p>The allegations were laid bare in the latest flurry of civil lawsuits slapped against the fallen music mogul in the Southern District of New York late Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>One of the other recent suits included disturbing allegations that the Bad Boy Records founder raped a 13-year-old\u00a0as two celebrities joined in at a VMAs afterparty\u00a0in New York\u00a0in September 2000.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The victim claims the assault took place during a launch party for Ciroc, Combs\u2019 vodka line.  <span class=\"credit\">USDC \/ SDNY<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The slew of suits were filed less than a week after\u00a0Combs\u2019 lawyers begged a Manhattan federal judge\u00a0to force prosecutors to reveal the names of the ever-increasing number of accusers who have been coming forward with years-old allegations of late.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis case is unique, in part because of the number of individuals levying allegations against Mr. Combs due to his celebrity status, wealth and the publicity of his previously settled lawsuit,\u201d the lawyers argued in the letter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis has had a pervasive ripple effect, resulting in a torrent of allegations by unidentified complainants, spanning from the false to outright absurd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Combs\u2019 lawyers have repeatedly derided the lawsuits as \u201cclear attempts to garner publicity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,\u201d his attorneys said in a recent statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn court, the truth will prevail:\u00a0that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone \u2014 adult or minor, man or woman.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Combs is being held without bail\u00a0in federal custody in Brooklyn.<\/p>\n<p>He pleaded not guilty last month to federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async
