After ripping a hole in the multiverse, Holland&#8217;s Spider-Man had to erase himself from the minds of everyone he loved to fix it, meaning his girlfriend MJ, best friend Ned, and everyone else in the world never knew he existed.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">The final scene sees Holland&#8217;s Peter Parker moving into his own dingy apartment in New York City in scenes reminiscent of Tobey Maguire&#8217;s original Spider-Man film, perhaps setting up a smaller scale, more boots on the ground adventure than the galaxy and multiverse spanning escapades he&#8217;s been on recently.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">This would certainly be a fitting setting for Morales to appear, as the character usually emerges as a younger and bungling Spider-Man alongside the older Parker. Fans will just have to wait and see how the film unfolds, however, and given how good Marvel Studios was at covering up the roles of Maguire and <a class=\"link jsx-1337145738 jsx-3925284146 underlined\" data-cy=\"styled-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/andrew-garfield-insists-hes-not-in-the-mcus-spider-man-4\">Andrew Garfield&#8217;s Spider-Men<\/a> in the last film, it might be a while before its biggest plot points are unveiled.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\"><em>Ryan Dinsdale is an IGN freelance reporter.
