screenwriter Ted Griffin, after nearly 10 years of marriage.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cYounger\u201d actress, 49, filed for uncontested divorce in New York County Supreme Court on Tuesday, according to court documents obtained by The Post.<\/p>\n<p>The split comes as <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/10\/23\/celebrity-news\/sutton-foster-files-for-divorce-amid-hugh-jackman-rumors\/\">Page Six reported<\/a> Foster is moving on with \u201cX-Men\u201d star Hugh Jackman, who she met when they starred together in \u201cThe Music Man\u201d on Broadway from 2021 to 2023. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Sutton Foster and Ted Griffin at New York City Center in Nov. 2018. <span class=\"credit\">Bruce Glikas\/FilmMagic<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThey are 100 percent together and are in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together,\u201d a source told the outlet. <\/p>\n<p>Foster and Griffin, 53, were married in October 2014. <\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Foster shares an adopted daughter, Emily, 7, with Griffin.<\/p>\n<p>The Post has reached out to Foster and Griffin\u2019s reps for comment.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter married to from 2006 to 2009.<\/p>\n<p>The Tony Award winner got engaged to Griffin in August 2013, tying the knot the following year in a private ceremony in Santa Barbara, Calif.<\/p>\n<p>Foster picked out her wedding dress on TLC\u2019s \u201cSay Yes to the Dress.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Ted Griffin and Sutton adoption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur lives are forever changed, and our hearts are exploding,\u201d Foster <a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/article\/sutton-foster-and-her-husband-welcome-a-baby-girl\" going through several rounds of IVF.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had all these roadblocks, but as soon as we started pursuing adoption, it was like the roadblocks were going away,\u201d she wrote, adding, \u201cIt was like our daughter was cannonballing towards us, and we just needed to get out of our own way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jackman, meanwhile, saw his own marriage come to an end last year.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cDeadpool &amp; Wolverine\u201d star <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/09\/15\/hugh-jackman-deborra-lee-furness-split-after-27-years-of-marriage-statement\/\">filed for divorce<\/a> from Deborra-Lee Furness, 68, in Sept. 2023 after 27 years as husband and wife.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Hugh
