That step could free the brothers from prison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">The district attorney, George Gasc\u00f3n, has scheduled a news conference on Thursday afternoon to announce his decision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">During their trial, which was televised, the brothers said they had been sexually molested by their father and had feared for their lives.
