This is a boy who has many friends, has pro-social interests, and has been a positive contributor to his community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Deputies <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/10\/22\/us-news\/teen-taken-into-custody-after-5-found-dead-in-washington-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">responded to the Lake Alice Road home<\/a> around 5 a.m. on Monday and found the victims\u2019 lifeless bodies covered in blood and riddled with bullets to the face, head and body inside the family\u2019s $2 million home in Fall City, according to charging documents obtained by the Post. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The family was murdered inside their size-large\"><figcaption>Prosecutors argued Friday the teens gruesome case should be tried in adult court. <span class=\"credit\">AP<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The teen is <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/10\/25\/us-news\/teen-accused-of-gunning-down-parents-3-siblings-in-seattle-suburb-allegedly-tried-to-frame-younger-brother-for-murders-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accused of hatching a disturbing plot<\/a> to stage the massacre as a murder-suicide carried out by his 13-year-old brother and be the family\u2019s sole survivor, according to the charging docs.<\/p>\n<p>The report claims the 15-year-old tried to say his brother, who was murdered, committed the murderous rampage after he was caught watching porn the previous evening. <\/p>\n<p>Detectives also allege that the accused teen killer attempted to stage the crime scene to appear as if his brother carried out the heinous act and \u201cplaced\u201d a pistol in his hand after he was killed. <\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/10\/24\/us-news\/survivor-of-seattle-shooting-recalls-when-brother-allegedly-opened-fire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">11-year-old sister of the suspect, the only family member to survive the killing spree<\/a>, said her brother used her father\u2019s silver handgun to fatally shoot her parents, her brothers, Benjamin and Joshua, and her little sister Katheryn, according to charging documents.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The alleged teen gunman was charged with five counts of first-degree aggravated murder and one count of first-degree attempted murder. <span class=\"credit\">AP<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>According to the documents, the teen\u2019s murderous rage came after he failed some tests at school and got into \u201ca lot of trouble.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The young girl was sleeping in her room when she awoke to the deafening sound of gunshots. <\/p>\n<p>She tearfully told investigators that her older brother barged into her bedroom and allegedly opened fire on her, striking her in the hand and neck, and allegedly killed their younger sister, with whom she shared a room. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Mark was a longtime engineer and Sarah was a registered nurse. <span class=\"credit\">Facebook<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The girl then \u201cpretended to play dead\u201d as her brother re-entered the room and stood next to her bed before he existed again, according to the charging docs. <\/p>\n<p>She fled the home through her bedroom window when she felt her brother wouldn\u2019t catch her and ran to a neighbor\u2019s house, where she phoned the police. <\/p>\n<p>Deputies responded to the family home, about 30 miles outside Seattle, after receiving 911 calls from the alleged killer and his surviving sister, according to the docs. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">who was taken to Harborview Medical Center<\/a> following the massacre, identified her 15-year-old brother as the shooter. <\/p>\n<p>Deputies immediately took the juvenile into custody after discovering the bodies and his sister IDing him as the suspect, prosecutors said. <\/p>\n<p>The teen was charged with five counts of first-degree aggravated murder and one count of first-degree murder and is detained at the Clark Child and Family Justice Center in Seattle. <\/p>\n<p>A judge is expected to make a decision on what court the teen will be tried
