dead<\/a> in the hot tub of his Pacific Palisades abode on October 28, 2023, was purchased by movie producer and Arizona-based real estate developer Anita Verma-Lallian for $8.55 million, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/california\/story\/2024-10-26\/l-a-home-where-matthew-perry-died-sells-for-8-55-million\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to the Los Angeles Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A rep for Verma-Lallian told the outlet she will use the four-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot, mid-century modern property, which Perry purchased in 2020 for $6 million, as a vacation home.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Matthew Perry\u2019s Los Angeles mansion has a new owner. <span class=\"credit\">Noam businesswoman bought the home through a trust and was represented by Brooke Elliott Laurinkus of Christie\u2019s International Real Estate Southern California.<\/p>\n<p>Perry died at age 54 due to the <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/12\/15\/celebrity-news\/matthew-perrys-official-cause-of-death-revealed\/\">\u201cacute effects of ketamine,\u201d <\/a>according to the LA County Medical Examiner\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n<p>His manner of death was listed as accidental.<\/p>\n<p>The autopsy report also listed drowning, coronary artery disease and buprenorphine, an opioid, as other href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/15\/entertainment\/5-people-charged-in-connection-to-matthew-perrys-death-from-ketamine\/\">were charged<\/a>\u00a0with the \u201cFools Rush In\u201d star\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said Iwamasa <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/15\/celebrity-news\/matthew-perrys-longtime-assistant-was-the-one-who-administered-ketamine-dose-that-killed-him-officials\/\">administered the ketamine dose that killed the \u201c17 Again\u201d star<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Perry\u2019s stepfather, Keith Morrison, and his half-sister, Caitlin Morrison, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/10\/24\/celebrity-news\/matthew-perry-stepfather-keith-morrison-sister-reflect-on-his-death\/\">reflected on the actor\u2019s death<\/a> earlier this
