passing of his stepson in an emotional post on social media.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Flair\u2019s stepson, Sebastian Kidder, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/10\/27\/sports\/ric-flairs-stepson-sebastian-kidder-dies-by-suicide-at-24\/\">took his own life over the weekend<\/a> at the age of 24 with news of his death breaking on Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 75-year-old WWE Hall of Famer had not publically addressed Kidder\u2019s death until Sunday night.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter He Was Multi-Talented &amp; In Everybody\u2019s Eyes A Huge Success And Will Always Be Remembered That Way.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p>Kidder died on Saturday after suffering a gunshot wound, TMZ reported.<\/p>\n<p>His mother, Wendy Barlow, confirmed Kidder\u2019s death to the outlet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am devastated and shocked. This is an epidemic with your young men. And mental health,\u201d Barlow said.<\/p>\n<p>Kidder is the son of Barlow and a previous partner who she had been with before she married Flair in 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>His son Reid died in March 2013 Kidder\u2019s life for more than a decade and a half dating back to before Barlow and Flair wed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Flair announced last month that he and Barlow were splitting up.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In an interview on Good Day Atlanta earlier this year, Kidder discussed what it had been like to have Flair in his life for so long.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p>\u201cA lot of advice, for sure. That\u2019s the interesting thing growing up with Ric Flair as a stepdad, [he] was very different and very unique,\u201d Kidder said, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/ric-flairs-stepson-sebastian-kidder-died-by-suicide-at-24\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to US Weekly<\/a>. \u201cI mean you go out to a family meal and you\u2019re just surrounded by fans. You\u2019re already exposed to that [by] an early age, everybody coming up, wanting pictures and autographs.
