And it is indisputably an unlawful lottery.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm2t47krg00053b6m3bmvdmrp@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            A spokesperson for Musk\u2019s super PAC did not comment on the lawsuit and instead highlighted the group\u2019s latest $1 million winner, announced Monday \u2013 a registered voter from Hastings, Michigan.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm2t47krg00073b6mu1md4jk0@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            In the lawsuit, Krasner\u2019s office argues that Pennsylvania law requires all lotteries to be \u201coperated and administered by the state\u201d \u2013 and that Musk\u2019s daily $1 million giveaway must be halted because it\u2019s operating outside of those legal guardrails.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm2t47krg00083b6mfja7qggv@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cThough Musk says that a winner\u2019s selection is \u2018random,\u2019 that appears false because multiple winners that have been selected are individuals who have shown up at Trump rallies in Pennsylvania,\u201d the lawsuit says, arguing that the lottery rules are \u201cdeceptive.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm2t47krg00093b6m75zyknmh@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The case is based on Pennsylvania\u2019s lottery and consumer protection laws.
