One of the new plaintiffs says he was a 10-year-old aspiring rapper when Combs allegedly drugged and raped him in a New York City hotel in 2005 during an audition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe new complaints were filed by prominent Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee and his California counterpart, Andrew Van Arsdale, as the latest in a barrage of lawsuits from a purported pool of <a data-id=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-sexual-abuse-minors-buzbee-1235120511\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-sexual-abuse-minors-buzbee-1235120511\/\">more than 120 vetted clients<\/a>. The lawyers previously filed 13 lawsuits against Combs on <a data-id=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-combs-sued-jane-doe-alleging-2004-rape-manhattan-hotel-1235133042\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-combs-sued-jane-doe-alleging-2004-rape-manhattan-hotel-1235133042\/\">Oct. 14<\/a> and <a data-id=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-five-more-lawsuits-1235138707\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-five-more-lawsuits-1235138707\/\">Oct. 20<\/a>, with many of the anonymous plaintiffs alleging they were surreptitiously drugged, forced into sex acts without consent and threatened into silence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tIn the first new lawsuit filed Monday in New York state court, the John Doe plaintiff says he was 10 when his parents accompanied him to Manhattan to meet with music industry executives, including Combs, to advance his \u201cburgeoning\u201d music career. He says a consultant hired by his parents delivered him to a hotel room and then left him with Combs. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was given a soda that he believes was laced with drugs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cAfter plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, \u2018You have to do some stuff you don\u2019t want to do sometimes,\u2019\u201d the lawsuit reads. \u201cOnce plaintiff had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to \u2018kiss it.\u2019 When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff\u2019s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.\u201d The plaintiff alleges he \u201cfroze in terror,\u201d lost consciousness and later woke up with his pants undone and pain in his anus and buttocks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe new plaintiff alleges that his parents later noticed something was wrong. He says he told them what allegedly happened and that they \u201cwere terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.\u201d He alleged he suffers from severe depression and anxiety and had to be homeschooled after the alleged incident.<\/p>\n<section class=\"brands-most-popular \/\/ recirculation-modules a-span1 lrv-u-padding-b-1 u-padding-b-175@desktop-xl lrv-u-padding-t-025 u-overflow-hidden u-border-color-brand-primary u-border-tb-5 lrv-u-padding-b-075@mobile-max\">\n<h2 id=\"section-heading\" class=\"c-heading larva  recirculation-modules-heading lrv-u-flex u-font-family-theme-primary lrv-u-font-size-20 lrv-u-color-brand-primary lrv-u-text-transform-uppercase u-letter-spacing-012 lrv-u-position-relative lrv-u-padding-b-025 lrv-u-padding-b-1@desktop-xl lrv-u-padding-b-075@mobile-max\">\n<p>\t\tEditor\u2019s picks<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cThe lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,\u201d Combs\u2019 media team wrote in an email to <em>Rolling Stone<\/em> on Monday. \u201cAs we\u2019ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.\u00a0Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.\u00a0In court, the truth will prevail:\u00a0 that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone\u2014man or woman, adult or minor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tIn a second lawsuit filed Monday, also in state court in Manhattan, a John Doe plaintiff alleges he was 17 years old in 2008 when he participated in a three-day audition for <em>Making the Band<\/em>. He alleges that on the first day, Combs began groping and fondling him during a private meeting while asking how he would handle situations of \u201csexual pressure\u201d in the music industry. He says that a day later, during another private interview, Combs allegedly forced him to perform oral sex and sodomized him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe John Doe plaintiff alleges Combs and a bodyguard then assaulted him in tandem on the third day, with Combs framing the assault as a test of his \u201cwillingness to do anything necessary to succeed in the music industry,\u201d the lawsuit states. He alleges his obvious discomfort with the incident led to his elimination from the competition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tCombs\u2019 current legal woes date back to last November, when his ex-girlfriend, Casandra \u201cCassie\u201d Ventura, filed her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/diddy-friends-bad-boy-artists-abuse-violence-1235028178\/\">bombshell rape and sex-trafficking lawsuit<\/a> against him. Combs settled with Ventura within 24 hours. The embattled music mogul, 54, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-indicted-sex-trafficking-racketeeting-charges-1235103940\/\">has pleaded not guilty<\/a>.
