said Asprey.\u00a0<\/span>&#8216;While the brain gets what it wants, you don&#8217;t get your sleep.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Instead, he recommended sufferers eat a &#8216;small snack before bed&#8217;
