{"id":120232,"date":"2024-10-30T23:39:46","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T16:39:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotvideos24.online\/?p=120232"},"modified":"2024-10-30T23:39:46","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T16:39:46","slug":"hamptons-murder-suspect-in-high-end-water-mill-resort-shou-sugi-ban-house-killing-dead-of-suicide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hotvideos24.online\/?p=120232","title":{"rendered":"Hamptons murder: Suspect in high-end Water Mill resort Shou Sugi Ban House killing dead of suicide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-3711241968723425\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\n     data-ad-layout-key=\"-fb+5w+4e-db+86\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3711241968723425\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7910942971\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div data-testid=\"prism-article-body\">\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao MvWXB TjIXL aGjvy ebVHC\"><span class=\"oyrPY qlwaB AGxeB\">WATER MILL, Long Island (WABC) &#8212; <\/span>The suspect in the murder of a woman at Shou Sugi Ban House has killed himself, law enforcement sources told ABC News.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">Thomas Gannon, 56, was found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">The body of Sabina Rosas, 33, was found at a high-end resort in the Hamptons on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">She was discovered by a staff member at Shou Sugi Ban House, located at 337 Montauk Highway, at 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">Sources also confirmed to ABC News that the suspected killer appears to have been the boyfriend of the victim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">Law enforcement says the suspect checked into the Shou Sugi Ban House with Rosas, and was last seen leaving the spa Monday morning without her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">Her body was discovered later in the day by a worker. It was described as a violent, bloody scene, immediately recognizable as a homicide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">Police had been searching for the man ever since, and had been investigating the death as a domestic incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">Rosas&#8217; family released a statement about their daughter, sister, fianc\u00e9e and friend:<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">&#8220;As the eldest of three daughters, Sabina brought excitement, adventure, joy and love to our family. She is survived by her loving mother, father, fiance and separated husband. We are devastated by this senseless loss and ask for privacy as we navigate this incredibly difficult time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">Rosas founded the RUYO Journal, which is a platform &#8220;fostering critical discourse in the arts, film, and theory in Central Asia.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy\">&#8220;Driven by her incredible energy and vision, Sabina moved walls so that gardens could flourish, inviting everyone seeking light. She shared everything she had and supported all of us,&#8221; the organization said in a statement. &#8220;A beautiful soul and a gifted artist, she left an impactful legacy in the arts of Central Asia.
