A 90-mph wind gust was recorded in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/nebraska\/falls-city\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Falls City<\/a>, Nebraska. By late afternoon, upper-level winds will weaken, reducing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/learn\/wind-shear\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wind shear<\/a>.
