Stroud<\/a> consistently and double Dell all game.<\/li>\n<li>Week 8 was the first time <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"0wRtgeNKRm1GJAfJ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/breece-hall-0wRtgeNKRm1GJAfJ\/\">Breece Hall<\/a> didn\u2019t have a third-down touch.<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"MVKA2Tjc5jrKX2Eo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/garrett-wilson-MVKA2Tjc5jrKX2Eo\/\">Garrett Wilson<\/a> has only seen his TmTGT% drop from 30.6 to 27.0 with <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"FBJF4NEJQGDVUpnC\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/davante-adams-FBJF4NEJQGDVUpnC\/\">Davante Adams<\/a>, and his YPRR has jumped from 1.62 to 2.60.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"39\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/cowboys\/\">Cowboys<\/a> at Falcons, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"qsrF8CVWw24iwJ2Q\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/rico-dowdle-qsrF8CVWw24iwJ2Q\/\">Rico Dowdle<\/a> is the only Cowboys running back with 5.0 yards per touch (next closest is <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"kn5wPoWWJMRKqYFl\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/deuce-vaughn-kn5wPoWWJMRKqYFl\/\">Deuce Vaughn<\/a> at 3.8) and the only one with a positive EPA \u2014 0.12, with Vaughn second again at -0.37. Maybe we can #FreeRico, and I don\u2019t mean to chuck more steak at Napoleon Dynamite.<\/li>\n<li>This might not be a <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"odZ9yg3RbLFHzE67\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/darnell-mooney-odZ9yg3RbLFHzE67\/\">Darnell Mooney<\/a> game. Of his 37 receptions, 30 came when the defense had seven defenders in coverage, and the Cowboys have dropped seven into coverage third-least among <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/\">NFL<\/a> teams (36.8% \u2014 <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"35\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/panthers\/\">Panthers<\/a> 35.5% and <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"40\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/broncos\/\">Broncos<\/a> 36.5%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"47\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/dolphins\/\">Dolphins<\/a> at Bills, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In his return, <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"9TQu1PJeoFlq725G\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/tua-tagovailoa-9TQu1PJeoFlq725G\/\">Tua Tagovailoa<\/a> had just 5.1 AirYD\/Attempt and 5.3% of passes being 20+ Air Yards, and he only failed to top that 5.1 mark three times last year (twice versus the Jets). It could be his first game back, but Tagovailoa against the <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"34\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/bills\/\">Bills<\/a> is concerning, and that\u2019s before a potential cautious approach.<\/li>\n<li>I\u2019m interested in <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"1RGor661kFtVtylW\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/keon-coleman-1RGor661kFtVtylW\/\">Keon Coleman<\/a> keeping his run going, so check the \u201cSleepers\u201d section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"53\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/raiders\/\">Raiders<\/a> at Bengals, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Jakobi Meyers\u2019 TmTGT% since Week 3: 23.1, 41.7, 25.0 and 25.9 (with 17.7, 7.4, 10.2 and 14.2 FPPG).<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"MHPQIoyRCSO0fiiE\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/joe-burrow-MHPQIoyRCSO0fiiE\/\">Joe Burrow<\/a> has been a completely different quarterback with and without <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"TbtHrFRp7Lrr9gRR\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/tee-higgins-TbtHrFRp7Lrr9gRR\/\">Tee Higgins<\/a> on the field this year. With Higgins: 12.1 YD\/Comp and 8.1 TD\/Att% compared to 8.9 and 2.6% without.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"56\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/chargers\/\">Chargers<\/a> at <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"38\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/browns\/\">Browns<\/a>, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Browns run the second-most Cover-1 (34.5%), and <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"KpZgXn81rpEbNw6U\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/ladd-mcconkey-KpZgXn81rpEbNw6U\/\">Ladd McConkey<\/a> is third in YPRR against Cover-1 (4.35).<\/li>\n<li>The Chargers take the longest between plays at 29.7 sec\/snap, which helps them allow the fourth-fewest plays per game (57.7), and <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"lhVBO89xdOGSOXVb\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/chris-olave-lhVBO89xdOGSOXVb\/\">Chris Olave<\/a> was only the second wideout to top 78 yards against them (Calvin Austin, in Week 3, was the other).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"49\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/patriots\/\">Patriots<\/a> at Titans, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Patriots have had a different wideout trio atop the route participation each week, though <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"WMnl5UPywxMouZmx\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/kayshon-boutte-WMnl5UPywxMouZmx\/\">Kayshon Boutte<\/a> has risen to the top three games in a row. And no wideout averages more than 22.8 YPG with <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"95CNACGQT3k3ZLI7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/jacoby-brissett-95CNACGQT3k3ZLI7\/\">Jacoby Brissett<\/a> at quarterback, with tight end <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"faCRs4xBadyO9usw\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/hunter-henry-faCRs4xBadyO9usw\/\">Hunter Henry<\/a> leading the way at 35.7.<\/li>\n<li>Since the <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"61\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/titans\/\">Titans<\/a> bye, only <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"Zk5GgVex9l3q9BqS\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/ceedee-lamb-Zk5GgVex9l3q9BqS\/\">CeeDee Lamb<\/a>, <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"EJI9GRcayoZKGPpF\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/aj-brown-EJI9GRcayoZKGPpF\/\">A.J. Brown<\/a> and <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"NQbXl7TPxoDnzj6i\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/justin-jefferson-NQbXl7TPxoDnzj6i\/\">Justin Jefferson<\/a> have a higher TmTGT% than <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"AQmvpMFCMYU7faGY\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/calvin-ridley-AQmvpMFCMYU7faGY\/\">Calvin Ridley<\/a>\u2019s 31.1% mark (38.8, 35.1, 34.7, respectively, for the others), and Ridley\u2019s 39.5% Week 8 mark was the 12th-highest mark this year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"62\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/commanders\/\">Commanders<\/a> at Giants, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Commanders lead the league in Pressure% rushing only four at 47.1% (<a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"48\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/vikings\/\">Vikings<\/a> second at 43.7%).<\/li>\n<li>The <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"51\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/giants\/\">Giants<\/a> allow the fourth-highest Press% with only four rushers (37.4%), and that number is 45.1% without <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"BHePRiRFsn6J4S8Z\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/andrew-thomas-BHePRiRFsn6J4S8Z\/\">Andrew Thomas<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In the two games since <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"9Ps1MFRXoDMzHOvl\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/devin-singletary-9Ps1MFRXoDMzHOvl\/\">Devin Singletary<\/a>\u2019s return, <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"1B3NR4vonOgMKDbf\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/tyrone-tracy-jr-1B3NR4vonOgMKDbf\/\">Tyrone Tracy Jr.<\/a> has a 70.5 RBTouch% and 5.9 yards per touch, compared to 22.7% and 4.4, respectively, for Singletary.<\/li>\n<li>If Tracy is out, Singletary would be a low-end RB2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"50\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/saints\/\">Saints<\/a> at Panthers, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Panthers run the most Cover-3 at 50.7%, and Chris Olave is great against it (with or without <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"linudLDO0YoIWthi\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/derek-carr-linudLDO0YoIWthi\/\">Derek Carr<\/a>) with 2.68 YPRR (15th best).<\/li>\n<li>Not surprisingly, the Panthers (34.8%) and <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"45\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/jaguars\/\">Jaguars<\/a> (30.6%) allow the highest and second-highest percentage, respectively, of drives ending in touchdowns.<\/li>\n<li>The Panthers average 5.3 YD\/Play, 15.6 TD\/Drive% and 11.2% Explosive Plays with <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"jwTarfas19H7mFil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/andy-dalton-jwTarfas19H7mFil\/\">Andy Dalton<\/a> compared to 4.1, 3.3% and 5.9% with <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"jNeXr4xrk9yhH7P4\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/bryce-young-jNeXr4xrk9yhH7P4\/\">Bryce Young<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Broncos at <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"33\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/ravens\/\">Ravens<\/a>, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>While having a nice run, <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"wgAV0x6fsMAcpuy1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/bo-nix-wgAV0x6fsMAcpuy1\/\">Bo Nix<\/a> is just 31st in TD\/Att% while in the pocket (out of 43 qualified).<\/li>\n<li>The Ravens have allowed a league-low seven rushes of 10+ yards (<a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"46\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/chiefs\/\">Chiefs<\/a> second with 12).<\/li>\n<li>Of Top 20 wideouts, only four have 50% of their games with 9 or fewer points \u2014 <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"30x279RMO1aiJIWJ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/marvin-harrison-jr-30x279RMO1aiJIWJ\/\">Marvin Harrison Jr.<\/a>, <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"vYkFj8DMSnN2IgZZ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/jayden-reed-vYkFj8DMSnN2IgZZ\/\">Jayden Reed<\/a>, Darnell Mooney and <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"rG9rikRbkkonEdna\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/zay-flowers-rG9rikRbkkonEdna\/\">Zay Flowers<\/a>. Now the Ravens add <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"WlyUG8uLpZoIRjRJ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/diontae-johnson-WlyUG8uLpZoIRjRJ\/\">Diontae Johnson<\/a>, and while I don\u2019t expect much in his first game, this is just another inconsistency factor for Flowers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Jaguars at Eagles, Sunday, 4 p.m. ET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Jaguars run the third-most Cover-1 (34.4% \u2014 only one of three teams over 29.0%), and A.J. If he does, then Hopkins is riskier as a WR4, only because of the incorporation concern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>WEEK 9 SLEEPERS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>QUARTERBACK<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"WWwiw0IQD5ozgrHf\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/patrick-mahomes-WWwiw0IQD5ozgrHf\/\">Patrick Mahomes<\/a>, KC \u2014 How the mighty have fallen\u2026 in fantasy. Yes, Mahomes is a \u201csleeper\u201d because he hasn\u2019t had a QB1 score since Week 12 last year. However, the Chiefs get the Buccaneers\u2019 nearly non-existent defense and the second game with DeAndre Hopkins. The Titans will feature Pollard more when they lead, and they should be able to carry a lead against the Patriots, especially if it\u2019s Jacoby Brissett at quarterback. Bonus: the Patriots can\u2019t stop the run.<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"AM4uxLX5nEOKVEWU\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/chase-brown-AM4uxLX5nEOKVEWU\/\">Chase Brown<\/a>, CIN \u2014 Interestingly, Brown and <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"kAHZyHA4G8rn5Y8V\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/zack-moss-kAHZyHA4G8rn5Y8V\/\">Zack Moss<\/a> have swapped roles with Moss being more the passing-game option, which means we can chase\u2026 Chase\u2026 with the assumption that the <a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"37\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/team\/bengals\/\">Bengals<\/a> control this game. Similar to the Pollard setup in many ways, the Raiders also struggle against the run, as the bonus matchup boost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WIDE RECEIVER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"ath_autolink\" data-id=\"QJjwpdBCz11FWoQH\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nfl\/player\/josh-downs-QJjwpdBCz11FWoQH\/\">Josh Downs<\/a>, IND \u2014 Joe Flacco is back at quarterback, and we already would have boosted Downs. On top of that, the Vikings defense, while tough, has been vulnerable to wideouts of Downs\u2019 ilk.<\/li>\n<li>Courtland Sutton, DEN \u2014 Speaking of style-related matchups, Sutton types have done particularly well against the Ravens.
