possession of <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/10\/05\/celebrity-news\/sex-tapes-of-sean-diddy-combs-with-3-different-a-list-celebs-allegedly-exist-attorney\/\">Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019 alleged sex tapes<\/a>, testified before a grand jury Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Burgess subsequently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsnationnow.com\/banfield\/diddy-court-witness-says-he-saw-8-sex-tapes-with-at-least-2-celeb-minors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">appeared on NewsNation\u2019s \u201cBanfield,\u201d<\/a> telling viewers that the rapper\u2019s ex Kim Porter gave him 11 flash drives prior to her 2018 death.<\/p>\n<p>The videos allegedly featured eight celebrities, six men and two women, with Burgess claiming that \u201ctwo to three\u201d of the individuals were minors.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter \u201cvictims\u201d and not \u201cperpetrators.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When Burgess appeared outside the federal courthouse in Manhattan earlier that same day, he said he had been contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security and subpoenaed.<\/p>\n<p>The summons requested that Burgess \u201cturn over all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices, or devices containing videos and\/or other files depicting Diddy,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2024\/10\/31\/diddy-grand-jury-subpoena-new-witness-claims-sex-tapes-kim-porter-memoir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TMZ reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Burgess claimed the videos featured side,\u201d in his possession.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cfake\u201d book notably was <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/10\/02\/celebrity-news\/fake-kim-porter-memoir-about-sean-diddy-combs-pulled-from-amazon-after-family-speaks-out\/\">pulled from Amazon<\/a> last month after it was denounced by <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/parents\/sean-diddy-combs-kids-their-mothers\/\">Combs\u2019 seven children<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Combs\u2019 legal team has yet to return Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Burgess described the individuals as \u201cvictims\u201d instead of \u201cperpetrators.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">Ethan Miller<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>He is no spoke to The Post about the alleged sex tapes in October, claiming that one of the male celebs was \u201cmore high-profile than Mr. Combs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She claimed, \u201cI can verify that it exists. That it\u2019s real and that the other person in the video is very visible.
