She was diagnosed with the illness in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The influencer said her goodbye to fans with a last <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@bellabradford0\/video\/7431877257209105671\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cget ready with me\u201d video<\/a>\u00a0intended to be shared after her death. A message was shared with the 11-minute clip, revealing Bradford died \u201cpeacefully\u201d and \u201csurrounded by the people she loves most\u201d on Tuesday, Oct. 15.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Bella Bradford was only 24. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/bellabradford0<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>She filmed her final video before her passing. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/bellabradford0<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bradford started her video by thanking her fans for being \u201con this fun journey\u201d\u00a0with her.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cI hope that you can look back on all my videos and find a little bit of joy in your day, if you ever need a pick-me-up,\u201d she stated. \u201cRemember that you live every day, and you only die once, so make every day count.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For her last \u201cget ready with me,\u201d Bradford put on a khaki halter dress and paired it with a white cardigan and black ballet flats. She accessorized her look with a brown baseball cap, a pearl teddy bear necklace and stylish, oval sunglasses.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>After her death, Bella\u2019s 11-minute \u201cget ready with me\u201d post was shared on her social media. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/bellabradford0<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The social media star concluded with a heartbreaking message.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you guys so much for this wild and wonderful ride. I hope you all have beautiful, amazing lives,\u201d she shared. \u201cI wish all the best for every single one of you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Six months before her death, Bradford shared details of her cancer diagnosis, which she received at just 22 years old. She underwent a year of treatment, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy and fertility operations. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>She was diagnosed at the age of 22. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/bellabradford0<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>She also had several surgeries to remove her tumor and reconstruct her jaw.<\/p>\n<p>Bradford told her followers that she went into \u201cintermission\u201d with her cancer and planned to go on a trip to Europe with friends; however, just 10 days before her travel plans, she discovered her cancer had returned in the same spot and had grown \u201cmajorly.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>She underwent several different treatments and surgeries. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/bellabradford0<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cThank you for all your love and support throughout my final stages of life, I am so grateful,\u201d she wrote. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/bellabradford0<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>She was told that her condition had progressed into \u201cincurable\u201d stages and she was a \u201cpalliative cancer patient.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bradford\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@bellabradford0\/video\/7431877257209105671?embed_source=121374463%2C121468991%2C121439635%2C121433650%2C121404359%2C121477481%2C121351166%2C121331973%2C120811592%2C120810756%3Bnull%3Bembed_blank&amp;refer=embed&amp;referer_url=people.com%2Ftiktoker-bella-bradford-announces-death-at-24-with-posthumous-video-8739311&amp;referer_video_id=7431877257209105671\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">posthumous video<\/a> was published on Oct. 31 and included a lengthy goodbye message to her followers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you for all your love and support throughout my final stages of life, I am so grateful,\u201d the influencer wrote, adding, \u201cFilming these videos truly brought me a sense of puropse [sic] in my final few months and also connected me with a very kind community of people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She again wished her TikTok supporters a \u201cbeautiful life\u201d and a reminder to \u201clive each day with as much significance as the next.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat a privilege it is to grow old.
