The Dragon then began chasing down the ISS; it will ultimately meet up with the orbiting lab on Tuesday (Nov. 5) around 10:15 a.m. EST (1415 GMT). You can watch the rendezvous live via NASA, beginning at 8:45 a.m. EST (1245 GMT).<\/p>\n<aside class=\"hawk-nest\" data-block-type=\"embed\" data-render-type=\"fte\" data-skip=\"dealsy\" data-widget-type=\"seasonal\"\/>\n<p>&#8220;In addition to food, supplies, and equipment for the crew, Dragon will deliver several new experiments, including the Coronal Diagnostic Experiment, to examine solar wind and how it forms,&#8221; NASA officials wrote in a <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/news-release\/nasa-sets-coverage-for-spacex-31st-station-resupply-launch-arrival\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/news-release\/nasa-sets-coverage-for-spacex-31st-station-resupply-launch-arrival\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" rel=\"noopener\">mission preview<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dragon also delivers Antarctic moss to observe the combined effects of cosmic radiation and microgravity on plants,&#8221; SpaceX is in the middle of its ninth contracted astronaut mission, which <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/spacex-crew-9-astronaut-launch-success\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.space.com\/spacex-crew-9-astronaut-launch-success\">launched on Sept. 28<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight&#8217;s cargo liftoff continues a very busy year for SpaceX.
