retirement plans.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">&#8220;Through this victory and the strike that made it possible, IAM members have taken a stand for respect and fair wages in the workplace,&#8221; union leader Jon Holden said.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">The union had previously called for a 40% pay increase and <!-- --><a target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/cp9zrylmdk0o\" class=\"sc-c9299ecf-0 bZUiKB\" rel=\"noopener\">workers had rejected two previous offers<!-- --><\/a> from the company.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">&#8220;While the past few months have been difficult for all of us, we are all part of the same team,&#8221;
