But those also haven\u2019t been handed over, court filings this week say.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm34gmllp000e3b6m9v6wvb6h@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Nathan said Giuliani and his lawyers\u2019 approach to the bankruptcy proceedings is one of \u201cevasion and silence.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm34gmllp000f3b6m0ddpg071@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Freeman and Moss\u2019 lawyers had gone to the apartment last week to figure out how best to move the luxury items inside that should now be theirs, per the judge\u2019s order, into storage.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm34gmllp000g3b6m4ch1i02o@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            But the apartment was \u201csubstantially empty,\u201d Nathan wrote. The expensive furniture Giuliani had used in real estate photos of the property earlier this year was moved out four weeks ago, he said.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm34gmllp000h3b6mnuirkza3@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Judge Lewis Liman ordered Giuliani to come to court later this week.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm34ps2bu00003b6mgoapk6jd@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Giuliani\u2019s lawyer told the court on Tuesday the former mayor of New York can\u2019t come to the federal courthouse in Manhattan on Thursday because Giuliani has to do a live radio show from his condo in Palm Beach that night.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm34puspj00043b6mj9pzq5xn@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cWe note that broadcasts, such as those described above, currently provide Mr. Giuliani\u2019s only source of earned income,\u201d Giuliani\u2019s attorney, Kenneth Caruso, told the court. \u201cWe respectfully suggest that a loss of income, and an expense for travel to New York, should be avoided, if possible.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm34purjr00023b6mszx7uwt3@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Giuliani\u2019s radio broadcast is for a media platform started by right-wing \u201cMyPillow\u201d CEO Mike Lindell.
