He was 31.<\/p>\n<p>Buenos Aires police said in a statement that the ex-boy band member\u2019s fall resulted in \u201cextremely serious injuries.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Payne died on Oct. 16 after falling from his third-floor hotel room balcony.
