They say their generous provisions for voters give the public greater confidence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<aside class=\"css-ew4tgv\" aria-label=\"companion column\"\/><\/div>\n<div data-testid=\"companionColumn-1\">\n<div class=\"css-53u6y8\">\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">The delay in full results has left Americans wondering why the balance of power in the House is yet to be known.
