The park implemented a similar program for 2024. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;We continue to hear positive comments from people who enjoyed the guaranteed arrival time and reduced congestion they experienced during these pilots,&#8221; said Arches National Park Superintendent Lena Pace.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"featured featured-video video-ct\">\n<div class=\"video-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"info\">\n<div class=\"caption\">\n<p class=\"sub-text\">FOX Weather&#8217;s Robert Ray visits Arches National Park in Moab, Utah, the first stop on a tour of &#8220;Utah&#8217;s Mighty Five&#8221; to highlight the state&#8217;s jaw-dropping landscapes in honor of National Parks Week.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Timed-entry tickets will be required from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting April 1 through July 7, and will begin again Aug. 27 through Oct. 31. OCTOBER 3: \u00a0Despite a timed-entry, cars line up at the entrance to Arches National Park on October 3, 2023 near Moab, Utah.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"sub-text\"><strong> (George Rose)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Visitors arriving before 7 or after 4 will not need a timed entry reservation, the park said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The timed-entry tickets will allow visitors to enter the park at a certain hour between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., and stay for the rest of the day.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Booking for April reservations begins in January.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">April reservations (April 1\u201330) open January 2.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">May reservations (May 1\u201331) open February 1.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">June reservations (June 1\u201330) open March 1.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">July reservations (July 1\u20136) open April 1.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">August reservations (August 27\u201331) open May 27.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">September reservations (September 1\u201330) open June 1.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">October reservations (October 1\u201331) open July 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-v-4e81e892=\"\">Rocky Mountain National Park<\/h2>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Over in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/colorado\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Colorado<\/a>, Rocky Mountain National Park will carry out its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/romo\/learn\/news\/rocky-mountain-national-park-announces-2025-timed-entry-reservation-system.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">time-entry reservations<\/a> beginning in May 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">There will be two types of reservations to enter the national park: one to enter the entire park excluding Bear Lake Road Corridor, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The &#8220;rest of the park&#8221; JUNE 11: Visitors arrive at the Fall River Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park, Colorado on June 11, 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"sub-text\"><strong> (RJ Sangosti\/MediaNews Group\/The Denver Post \/ Getty Images)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The timed-entry tickets will be released as follows:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">May\u00a01, for tickets May 24\u00a0through June 30.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">June 1, for the month of July and any remaining days that have not been booked for June.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">July 1,\u00a0reservations\u00a0will be available for the month of\u00a0August and any remaining days that have not been booked for July.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">Aug. 1,\u00a0reservations\u00a0will be available for the month of September and any remaining days in August that have not been booked.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">Sept.\u00a01, reservations\u00a0will be available for October and any remaining days in September that have not been booked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/lifestyle\/top-national-parks-memorials-sites-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TOP 10 MOST VISITED US NATIONAL PARKS AND MEMORIALS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 data-v-4e81e892=\"\">Glacier National Park\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The latest of the newest reservation system begins in June 2025, for<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/glac\/learn\/news\/glacier-national-park-announces-a-timed-entry-vehicle-reservation-pilot-for-2025.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> timed-entry tickets<\/a> to Glacier National Park in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/montana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montana<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Glacier National Park also implemented a similar program for 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The tickets will go on sale Feb. 12 for timed reservations. The reservations will be required from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 13 to Sept. 28. In addition to a vehicle reservation, each vehicle entering the park is required to have an entrance pass for any entry point into the park.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Timed-entry tickets will include access through the West Entrance and the North Fork.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Vehicle reservations will not be required to enter Two Medicine Valley or St. Mary entrance to Going-to-the-Sun Road in 2025. Entry may be temporarily restricted at certain times of day (typically between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) when areas become too congested, the park said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;In 2025 we are continuing successful measures from the 2024 season, including access to Apgar Village, Two Medicine, and the East Entrance to Going-to-the-Sun Road outside of the vehicle reservation system,&#8221; said Glacier National Park Superintendent Dave Roemer. &#8220;Within that successful framework we are going to try timed entry to see if we can minimize congestion, optimize visitor arrival, and improve visitor experiences.
