However, the analyst also acknowledged the possibility that he could be wrong, given the below-a-dollar price of Dogecoin now.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I am okay with that because I believe that this is the beginning of the bull run. I don\u2019t care about the specific timing,\u201d he wrote. <\/p>\n<p>While some estimate Dogecoin to touch $40 by next year, the more skeptical won\u2019t predict it to go over $3, Burr said while adding that he believes Doge could touch $20. However, he is not sure. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know, tbh. The market is bigger than me, no matter the size of my portfolio, brain, or pedigree. Nevertheless, I bet my money on what I believe is the historical pattern,\u201d Burr wrote. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Why It Matters<\/strong>: Doge has been rising following <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong>\u2018s landslide victory in the Presidential elections. Doge prices are up by over 160% over the past month and by over 50% over the past seven days, likely owing to expectations of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/markets\/cryptocurrency\/24\/11\/42024635\/scaramucci-trumps-crypto-support-could-push-bitcoin-to-150k\">pro-crypto regulations under Trump.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Trump has also named billionaire Dogecoin supporter <strong>Elon Musk<\/strong> to spearhead the <strong>Department of Government Efficiency<\/strong> together with former Republican presidential candidate\u00a0<strong>Vivek Ramaswamy<\/strong>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/news\/24\/11\/41965420\/elon-musk-vivek-ramaswamy-led-department-of-government-efficiency-opens-account-on-x-says-it-is-working-overtime\">department\u2019s acronym DOGE<\/a>, coupled with Musk\u2019s support for Doge and Trump\u2019s promise of establishing the U.S. as the &#8220;crypto capital of the planet\u201d during his campaign this year likely drove the rally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Price Action: <\/strong>At the time of writing, DOGE was down 7.42% in the last 24 hours.
