In a third photo, Stamos and Coulier\u2019s wife Melissa Coulier are seen kissing his head.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3nsoi3f00063b6mu7ddjbt4@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cYou\u2019re handling this with so much strength and positivity\u2014 it\u2019s inspiring,\u201d Stamos wrote in the caption. \u201cI know you\u2019re going to get through this, and I\u2019m proud to stand with you every step of the way. I love you.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3nsoi3f00073b6m17mrg4hy@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Coulier, who is best known for playing Uncle Joey on the \u201890s family sitcom \u201cFull House\u201d and the 2016 reboot \u201cFuller House,\u201d first shared his cancer diagnosis publicly last week.
