I said, \u2018Well, the hill doesn\u2019t look that steep. It\u2019s about 60 or 70 feet. Let me see if I can go down the hill,\u2019\u201d Leno explained, detailing the fall which left him with a bruise covering half his face. \u201cI fell down. Boom, boom, boom. I rolled down the hill, hit my head on a rock, knocked me in the eye.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe 74-year-old comedian added that he still went on to perform his show later that day at the Yaamava\u2019 Resort &amp; Casino in Highland, California, and sought medical attention once he got back to Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s not that big of a deal. It\u2019s alright, it\u2019s alright. \u2026 The great thing about this age [is] you don\u2019t learn by your mistakes, you just keep doing the same stupid thing,\u201d Leno quipped, referring to his 2022 burn accident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tIn November 2022, the <em>Jay Leno\u2019s Garage<\/em> star<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/jay-leno-injured-car-garage-fire-1235261523\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/jay-leno-injured-car-garage-fire-1235261523\/\"> suffered third-degree burns<\/a>\u00a0in a garage fire. Following the incident,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-news\/jay-leno-burn-treatment-gas-fire-health-update-1235281856\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-news\/jay-leno-burn-treatment-gas-fire-health-update-1235281856\/\"> he said that his face caught on fire <\/a>while he was working on one of his vintage cars and had to spend several days at the Grossman Burn Center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe following year, he revealed to the <em>Las Vegas Review-Journal\u00a0<\/em>that he was <a data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/jay-leno-new-injuries-motorcycle-accident-1235311367\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/jay-leno-new-injuries-motorcycle-accident-1235311367\/\">knocked off his motorcycle<\/a> and suffered from varied injuries as a result. Leno said at the time when asked about how he was doing after the gas fire accident, \u201cIt\u2019s so funny you should say that. That was the first accident. OK? Then just last week, I got knocked off my motorcycle. So I\u2019ve got a broken collarbone. I\u2019ve got two broken ribs.
