And ultimately, the best way to help the farmers in North Carolina is by buying a real tree.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The State of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/north-carolina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">North Carolina<\/a> is working with farmers to ensure that products make their way out of the mountains as the selling season enters high gear.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">The Cartner\u2019s Christmas Tree Farm was not immune from the hurricane\u2019s flooding and gusty winds, but it is not stopping the holiday spirit.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;What we\u2019re really excited about is the industry and [about] the Fraser fir being recognized as the top\u00a0Christmas tree in the nation, and we\u2019re excited to promote the industry and get recognized for our green product that\u2019s totally recyclable \u2013 and [it\u2019s] good for the environment and good for families,&#8221;
