This follows <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/weather-news\/winter-snow-storm-thanksgiving-forecast-travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">another powerful storm that brought rain and snow<\/a> to portions of the Upper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/midwest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Midwest<\/a> earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">As the storm center drifts into the mid-Atlantic and Northeast at the end of this week, strong winds are expected to blow in cold air, supporting snow from parts of the Great Lakes region to the Ohio Valley, the northern mid-Atlantic and interior Northeast.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Forecast snow totals are trending up for Upstate New York and the higher terrain in Pennsylvania, according to the FOX Forecast Center. Those hoping to get out of metro areas could face some tough driving conditions along Interstate 88 and Interstate 81.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a rel=\"noopener\">Pennsylvania<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for the higher elevations in West Virginia, and Winter Weather Advisories stretch from portions of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/tennessee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tennessee<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/kentucky\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kentucky<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/new-york\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York<\/a> State.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a
