The studio has set a release date of July 17, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tNolan\u2019s latest comes with even less plot or logline details than usual for the highly-secretive filmmaker. Various theoretical, even divergent, details been posited regarding the project \u2013 period vampire thriller, a helicopter action thriller \u2013 but insiders maintain that nothing has come close to nailing Nolan\u2019s real idea. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tSources say that Damon, Holland, Hathaway and now Pattinson make up the core leads of the feature. Nyong\u2019o and Zendaya are said to have supporting roles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe filmmaker is producing alongside his partner and wife Emma Thomas for their Syncopy banner. A shoot in the first half of 2025 is being planned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tPattinson starred alongside John David Washington in <em>Tenet<\/em>, the last movie that Nolan made for Warner Bros. The movie was released during the COVID-19 pandemic amid tension between the filmmaker and his then-longtime home, Warner Bros., which wanted to release it on its streaming service, then called HBO Go.\u00a0The movie only made $58.5 million domestically, $365 million worldwide and fractured his relationship with Warners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe actor is due to return to Batman for Matt Reeves\u2019 sequel and there was hope that it could shoot sometime next year.
