{"id":129348,"date":"2024-11-24T00:19:45","date_gmt":"2024-11-23T17:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotvideos24.online\/?p=129348"},"modified":"2024-11-24T00:19:45","modified_gmt":"2024-11-23T17:19:45","slug":"kanye-west-accused-of-sexually-assaulting-strangling-antm-alum-on-music-video-set-lawsuit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hotvideos24.online\/?p=129348","title":{"rendered":"Kanye West accused of sexually assaulting, strangling \u2018ANTM\u2019 alum on music video set: lawsuit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-3711241968723425\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\n     data-ad-layout-key=\"-fb+5w+4e-db+86\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3711241968723425\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7910942971\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Kanye West is being accused of inappropriately touching and forcefully gagging a model during a 2010 music video shoot, according to a bombshell new lawsuit filed Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Model Jenifer \u201cJenn\u201d An, who was a contestant \u201cAmerica\u2019s Next Top Model,\u201d alleges in the complaint obtained by Page Six that the rapper sexually assaulted her while on set for La Roux\u2019s \u201cIn for the Kill.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The shoot reportedly took place around Sept. 7, 2010, at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>West, who had a feature on a remix version of the British pop duo\u2019s song, arrived on set with then-girlfriend Selita Ebanks and allegedly \u201ctook control of the production and the production team\u201d despite director Kinga Burza being there, per the complaint.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><figcaption>Model Jenifer \u201cJenn\u201d An is suing Kanye West for allegedly sexually assaulting her on a music video set in 2010. <span class=\"credit\">The CW<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>An claims she was hired to model in West\u2019s music video \u201cIn for the Kill\u201d with La Roux. <span class=\"credit\">YouTube\/@larouxofficial<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>An alleges that the \u201cPower\u201d rapper had models, including her, line up in a hallway and said in regards to her, \u201cGive me the Asian girl,\u201d which made her feel \u201cuncomfortable\u201d but she \u201creluctantly acquiesced.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The model, who was wearing only lingerie at the time, then told the \u201cRunaway\u201d rapper that she \u201cwasn\u2019t wearing very much\u201d and he allegedly responded, \u201cThat\u2019s why I chose you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They then went to a long couch toward the back of the suite that had a camera facing it, per the suit.<\/p>\n<p>An alleges in her complaint that while on camera, West \u201cbegan to choke\u201d her with one hand and then \u201cwrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She also claims the Yeezy founder \u201csmothered\u201d her face with \u201cboth of his hands,\u201d smearing her makeup.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>An alleges that West said  \u201cGive me the Asian girl,\u201d while on set, which made her feel \u201cuncomfortable.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">FilmMagic<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>West then allegedly  \u201cbegan to choke\u201d her with one hand and then \u201cwrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">The CW<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cHe then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her \u2026 to emulate forced oral sex,\u201d the complaint further alleges.<\/p>\n<p>An claims West shouted during the alleged offense, \u201cThis is art. This is f\u2013king art. I am like Picasso.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The model recalls the \u201cStronger\u201d rapper alleged actions to be similar to those of \u201cBDSM fetishes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When she allegedly tried to move her tongue away from West\u2019s \u201cgyrating hand,\u201d per the suit, she \u201cstarted to panic, and looked around the set, hoping to see anyone who could intervene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An claims she then \u201cstruggled to breathe\u201d and felt as though she had \u201ctemporarily blacked out.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>An claims West told her,  \u201cThis is art.
