Most of them, she added, practice in Santa Monica, Calif., where she used to live, now an hour\u2019s drive from her home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<aside class=\"css-ew4tgv\" aria-label=\"companion column\"\/><\/div>\n<div data-testid=\"companionColumn-1\">\n<div class=\"css-53u6y8\">\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">At 65, providing five-day-a-week care (with her husband) for three grandsons under 5, she\u2019s reasonably healthy and active. But her regimen \u201cmakes me feel like a sick person,\u201d Ms. Hendrickson said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">\u201cI\u2019m like an older car that always needs more maintenance.
