Israeli Prime Minister\u2019s office says that an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/world\/middleeast\/israel\">Israeli<\/a> citizen living in the United Arab Emirates has been missing for two days.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3ufwir300073b6mszgkkdqo@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The PMO said in a statement Saturday that Zvi Kogan, an Israeli-Moldovan citizen, had been missing since Thursday afternoon.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3ufwir300083b6mevptiumt@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Kogan is a representative of Chabad, a religious movement of Hasidic Jews with communities, synagogues and other institutions in many countries.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3ufwir300093b6m658l8yon@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The PMO\u2019s office said that \u201csince he disappeared, and due to information suggesting that this is a terror incident, an extensive investigation was launched in the country (the UAE).\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            It said that Israel\u2019s National Security Agency had previously recommended Israeli citizens avoid unnecessary travel to the UAE.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3umuoc80000356mokprsogp@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The UAE interior ministry confirmed Saturday it \u201chad received a report from the family of a Moldovan national named Zvi Kogan, stating that he has been missing and out of contact since last Thursday.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3un2kmw0007356ma5pe5rty@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cSpecialized authorities immediately began search and investigation operations upon receiving the report,\u201d the ministry said in a statement published by the state-run WAM news agency.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3un2kmw0008356mjevl5guq@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            The ministry urged \u201cthe public to rely on official sources for information and to avoid heeding malicious rumors or misleading news aimed at causing confusion in the community.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\"
